The 2013 Datong Spring Festival Culture Fair runs from Feb 17 to Feb 26, along the streets of Datong, Shanxi province, with many activities that bring together Datong’s cultural resources and give the local people and guests a delightful time.

The organizers of the Culture Fair are the Datong municipal government, with Ziqiang Media handling the work itself. Jin Wenjun, the company’s president, explained that the fair would benefit Datong by helping it build its own Spring Festival culture brand, through various activities that cover folk art, cultural performances, and many exhibitions.
