There was a special activity in Datong on April 24 to destroy pirated and illegal publications for the National Anti-Pornography Office and Shanxi Anti-Pornography and Anti-Illegal Publications Group.
It resulted in the removal of 340, 000 pirated or illegal publications, including more than 50,000 audio-visual products and 290,000 books, newspapers, and magazines.
