An intangible cultural heritage show will be held in Taiyuan of Shanxi province on June 8 to celebrate the 7th National Cultural Heritage Day.

The show comprises three sections, the nomination ceremony for the third batch of city-level intangible cultural heritage bases, Taiyuan intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, and the performance of Taiyuan folklores and local customs.

The show is expected to make the local people familiar with the intangible cultural heritage and strengthen their awareness to protect China’s cultural heritage.
