The Guangfulin Archaeological Museum -- located in the Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park in the Songjiang district of Shanghai -- is currently in the phase of final preparations and will open to the public this year.
The museum covers an area of 7,788 square meters and its indoor exhibition space covers 2,960 sq m, divided into a main hall and three independent exhibition halls.
Based on the theme of "the root of Shanghai", it uses an "Archaeology + Art" exhibition model to interpret the history of Guangfulin's archaeological discoveries, the cultural relics themselves and the value behind them.
