Guangfulin Relic Park is to launch a series of cultural activities during the May Day holiday.

The May Day holiday has been extended to four days – one day more than last year – lasting from May 1 to 4. During that time, the country is expected to experience a major travel rush.

Visitors to the park have the chance to enjoy a Tai chi performance with one hundred people, a Chinese traditional handcraft exhibition and Chinese traditional drama performances.

One hundred Tai chi amateurs will perform their techniques on May 1 at Santing Square, Sanqing Square and Fulintai.

An exhibition featuring Chinese traditional arts including a tea art show, molding of clay figurines and cultural creative products is to be held at Santing Square from May 1 to 4.
