Shanghai's Jiading district has established four new childcare centers for children aged 1 to 3 this year, which has been a big help to dual-income families.
The four new childcare centers offer eight classes with 112 enrollment quotas, and employ professional teachers.

Jiading district is currently home to a total of 31 childcare centers, consisting of 41 classes with 1,765 enrollment quotas. The district will open childcare centers following the new public kindergartens.
