A 330,000-square-meter modern shopping mall known as INCITY is under construction in Nanxiang Ancient Town, Jiading district, Shanghai, with the aim of better satisfying the demands of local consumers and improving the standard of living for residents.
More than 450 brands will be available at the shopping mall after its completion in December 2019. It will serve as an ideal gathering place for locals, providing easy access to overseas products, food from around the world, and various forms of entertainment and sports facilities.
With a history of 1,500 years, Nanxiang boasts a rich culture, beautiful natural environment, and enjoys convenient transportation, making it a supremely livable place for people from home and abroad.
Nanxiang currently has more than 5 million square meters of residential areas and has attracted tens of thousands of foreigners to work or live, making an international shopping mall like INCITY a necessity.
The shopping mall project is part of Nanxiang's plan to build Shanghai's first suburban central business district (CBD), which will include four urban complexes and 30 commercial buildings.
