Nearly 300 alumni of the North University of China gathered in Nanxiang town in Shanghai's Jiading district to discuss issues related to innovation and entrepreneurship on June 17.
The discussions were held as part of the 3rd Global Alumni Forum of Innovation and Development of NUC.
Jiading enterprises also participated in the event, organizing a roadshow featuring start-up projects set up by NUC alumni, as well as a series of symposiums on 3-D printing technology and its applications, the low-carbon economy and green development, commercial vehicles, and the advantages of services in the Internet Plus era.
The attendees got the opportunities to learn from successful entrepreneurial experience, and local startup firms also received guidance for their future development.
The forum, sponsored by the Shanghai branch of the NUC Alumni Association, is expected to strengthen exchanges and resource sharing among NUC alumni and help them better develop their businesses.
