A bilingual school affiliated to the East China Normal University (ECNU) in Anting town, Jiading district of Shanghai, launched a ceremony on May 20 to mark its one-year anniversary.
Shen Huadi, deputy head of Jiading district, attended the ceremony and paid tribute to the school achievements over the past year. Shen hoped that the school will keep pursuing its goal of becoming an international bilingual school by strengthening its faculty team and developing more appropriate curricula.

At the ceremony, a center for its faculty development was inaugurated. A student art exhibition, which displayed a variety of creative works, was also held.

The bilingual school became operational last September as a joint effort of the Jiading government and ECNU. It caters to K-12 children (kindergarten to grade 12) and boasts first-class teachers and management teams, thanks to its affiliation with ECNU and Dulwich College International, a famous international education group.
