The Shanghai Automotive Financial Harbor hosted an unveiling and signing ceremony on June 25 in Jiading district. Two functional projects and 16 enterprises are set to settle in the harbor. Sun Wei, deputy chief of the district, attended the ceremony.
A big data financial institution, 3golden IT Co Ltd, one of the functional projects, is established to address the financing problems for enterprises. Based on big data and cloud computing technology, 3golden is a financing assessment agency licensed by the government and commercial banks. It has helped Jiading enterprises get unsecured loans of over 70 million ($11.2 million). The new institution is set up to further enhance financing services.
The other functional project is the Anting listing incubator of the Shanghai Equity Exchange (SEE), which will provide listing and financing consultation services to enterprises.
Jiading will start the second stage construction of the automotive financial harbor, with a core area of 30,000 to 50,000 square meters. The harbor will integrate industrial resources of automobile manufacturing, trade, research and development, tourism and finance to ensure a diverse and sustainable development of Shanghai International Automobile City.
