Vice-mayor Zhang Dailing [Photo/yantai/gov.cn]

Zhang Dailing, born in 1965, is a male of Han ethnicity from Laixi, Qingdao, Shandong province. He began working in July 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1987. He graduated from Yantai Normal College, now known as Ludong University, in 1987, and got an on-the-job master's degree from Party School of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee in 2002. He is now a vice-mayor in Yantai, Shandong province.
