A series of activities focusing on Fushan delicacies and Shandong cuisine was held in Fushan district, Yantai from Dec 13 to 16.

The activities included a Fushan district folk food contest, a Shandong cuisine exchange conference, a cultural exhibition featuring Shandong cuisine and a handmade noodles contest.

The event provided a platform for local residents to learn more about traditional Shandong cuisine culture and Fushan delicacies, and helped strengthen the exchange of folk food culture in Yantai.
