A grand Spring Festival gala was staged in the eastern coastal city of Yantai, Shandong province on Jan 14 to greet the upcoming Chinese Lunar New Year.

The gala involved an array of performances including singing and dancing, traditional instrumental music, Chinese operas, comedies and martial arts and will be shown on Yantai news channel on Jan 25 and during the Spring Festival holidays.
