Eighteen items from Qingdao, Shandong province have been recorded in the latest catalog of provincial representative intangible cultural heritage, according to Qingdao Daily on April 1.

The catalog consists of 58 items for "provincial representative intangible cultural heritage" and 59 for the "extended catalog" which is the supplementary of the previous one.

Qingdao's selected intangible cultural heritage items cover a wide range of culture and art patterns, including folk literature, traditional acrobatics, paintings and handicrafts.
