Jinan: A “UFO” appeared in several cities including Dongying, Weifang, Binzhou, Dezhou and Jinan in Shandong province on the night of August 20, according to witness accounts.

Witnesses said two dim cloud-shaped objects were orbiting slowly in the sky.

It was hard to tell what the UFOs were exactly because they appeared at night; however, they were unlikely to be extraterrestrial flying saucers, one astronomy expert analyzed.
