The launching ceremony of the 3rd “Tianjin in My Eyes” photo contest was held in Tianjin on June 2. More than 180 people from 23 countries are taking part in the event.

The photo contest, which lasts for 4 months, is an opportunity for foreigners in Tianjin to discover the beauty of the city and its economic development achievements. Foreigners will take part in several photo-taking activities to capture the city’s charms. Awards will be presented in the three categories of scenery, culture, and news.

The contest has been held twice before, and attracted over 3,000 foreigners who contributed 8,000 photos. About 100 contestants won awards for their outstanding work.
