At the 9th Conference on International Communications and Cooperation for Overseas Students, which took place in Nanjing, on April 26, a major communications site for innovative, outstanding, and talented personnel organized by the Nanjing government, had Yin Chengji, deputy head of the State Foreign Expert Affairs Administration, on hand for the opening ceremony.

The annual event attracted more than 2,000 talented individuals to Nanjing thanks to its major role as a vehicle for human resources in the city. Prior to the ceremony, Yin visited an “Entrepreneur Nanjing” exhibition with other officials and got a look at a “Beautiful Villages” innovation project.
