Zhang Jianguo inspects Guangdong

Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) inspected Guangdong province’s South China University of Technology, Sun Yat-sen University and Jinan University from September 10 to 11 to learn about talent introduction by these universities.
Accompanying Zhang’s inspection were SAFEA deputy administrator Zhang Yali, vice-governor Wen Guohui, presidents of the three universities and other provincial officials.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
