The Qingdao Expo sincerely welcomes professional horticultural groups and individuals from all over the world to attend.

Visitors to Qingdao will have an opportunity to enjoy a visual feast during its big horticultural and floricultural event in 2014. A total of 10 flower contests will be held during the 2014 Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition (Qingdao Expo).

As the highlight of the Qingdao Expo, the activity will include a contest of outdoor exhibition gardens and indoor flower plants. It aims to demonstrate the world's most advanced technology of horticulture and floriculture, and to promote the development of the floricultural industry in Qingdao and the country. Themed "Life in Blossom," the activity involves nine topics and 10 contests.

According to the executive committee of the Qingdao Expo, the timetable of contests will cover the whole period of the expo. The contest for different flower varieties will be held one after another from April 25 to Oct 25. Most visitors to the expo will have the opportunity to winess the contests.
