‘China Intelligence Valley’ to start operations

“China Intelligence Valley”, a street block serving start-ups in Hunnan district, Shenyang, Northeast China’s Liaoning province, will start operations on April 26.
“China Intelligence Valley” has been jointly established by the government of Hunnan district and Beijing Shuangchuangjie Investment and Management Co, in a bid to house the key projects transferred from Beijing to Shenyang.
It will provide services in eight categories for start-ups, including shared office space, big data services, entrepreneur training, media promotion and a technology innovation platform.
“China Intelligence Valley” is the first of its kind in Northeast China.
Currently, there are 49 business incubators, 180 scientific research institutions, and 42 technology and financial service institutes based in “China Intelligence Valley”.
