From an old neighborhood into a garden: Nearly 100 retired officials and volunteers from the Liudaokou Community Office gave up their rest days to help clean community streets and parks

The Donghai community, a dilapidated neighborhood in Dandong city, relives with blooming flowers. The community management office organized an owners' committee, and invested 50,000 yuan ($7,825) in building flowerbeds and installing recreational facilities.
