Turning tea into wine

Hanfang Tea Wine, the world's first wine to be 100 percent produced from tea leaves, received the UN's Millennium Development Goals Millennium Gold Medal on Sept 8.

Hanfang Tea Wine, from Dalian in Liaoning province, was commemorated on Oct 3 by the DEVNET Pavilion with a special Dalian Hanfang Theme Day.
