Liaoning transfers residents before the coming rain

On August 4, residents of Gulouzi transferred their livestock with the help of officers and soldiers from Gulouzi border police station of Dandong border detachment. Gulouzi is a village located in Liaoning province. According to reports, a new round of rain will come to Liaoning. The flood discharge of Yalu River’s upstream makes the water-level of costal areas rise dramatically, endangering residents of downstream areas. Soldiers of Dandong border detachment helped local residents to transfer their belongings.
