Indonesia learns from Zhongguancun's incubator experience
Laoli Amelia, director of Indonesia's cooperation and promotion department of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, came to Zhongguancun Science Park recently with a delegation from Indonesia.
They held a discussion with officials from Zhongguancun's International Exchange and Cooperation Center and executives from some of Zhongguancun's incubators.
The delegation visited the science park's incubator exhibition hall, learning about the development, operation models and services in Zhongguancun.
The guests also learned about the formulation and implementation of preferential policies in the science park, the organizational framework and management of Zhongguancun's administrative committee and incubator management agencies, as well as technology and finance in the park.
Amelia expressed his appreciation of Zhongguancun's incubator construction. He noted that the Indonesian government is paying more and more attention to incubator construction for scientific and technological enterprises. Indonesia has 35 incubators at present.
He also noted that the visit is fruitful for Indonesia's incubator construction and development. The Indonesian government can adopt Zhongguancun's experience in formulating incentive policies for new- and high-technology enterprises.
