The city of Changchun, Jilin province is the site of the 2nd China-Japan-South Korea Cultural Exchange Forum and Think Tank Net Inaugural Ceremony kicked, on Aug 31, as a part of the 10th China-Northeast Asia Expo in the same city.

This think tank has far-reaching implications for the three countries in cooperation because of its ability to provide intelligence support.

Hosts of the ceremony are China Foreign Affairs University, the Jilin China-Japan-South Korea Trilateral Cooperation Research Center, and the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat.
