A real estate company in the city of Jilin, Jilin province, had two robots, modeled after characters from the Hollywood blockbuster Transformers, which cost 600,000 yuan ($96,700), on display, on April 23.

The developer, who originally got the two mechanical men to help with a new real estate project promotion, saw how the two were catching the eye of passersby who stopped by and took photos, and then put them on display.
