"Chairman Mao to Anyuan" porcelain figure completes

The completion ceremony of the porcelain figure of "Chairman Mao to Anyuan" took place at the Anyuan Memorial Hall in Jiangxi province on July 2. Zhu Hong, vice-governor of Jiangxi province, attended the ceremony.

This year marks the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Anyuan road miners strike and the 85th anniversary of the Autumn Harvest Uprising. As a major event to commemorate the victory of the Anyuan road miners strike in Pingxiang city, the completion of the porcelain figure is also an important activity for 2012 China Red Tourism Expo.
