"Leisure agriculture" prospers in Wanzai county

Wanzai county encourages local families to contract and sublease land to build ecological farms in countryside. In the ecological farms, farm economy is developed and organic agricultural products are planted.

Until now, ten organic agricultural product bases including the organic rice base, organic vegetable base and organic lily base, as well as, 30 ecological farms have been built, receiving 200,000 tourists annually and earning revenue of ten million yuan each year.
