Fuliang tea cultural tourism festival to open

The opening ceremony of the 9th Fuliang tea cultural tourism festival will commence on April 22, 2012 in Jingdezhen of China's Jiangxi province.

Themed "tea rhyme, tea language and folk custom", this festival will hold 13 activities including the Fuliang tourism summit forum, pottery exhibition, on-site painting, man-made tea making display and local specialties sales exhibition.

In recent years, Fuliang county has made achievements in developing its tourism based on its long standing porcelain and tea culture, wide and deep Ya Shu (administration in ancient China) culture, various folk customs and beautiful natural sceneries.

Liangfu county now has two national 4A rating tourism scenic spots and one 3A rating scenic spot. The county has won 11 state-level tourism brands and was awarded "China excellent renowned tourism county" and the third "Top tourism county" in Jiangxi province.
