The first tourist peak at Wugong Mountain

On March 10, a large number of Hunan tourists including over 1,000 women came to Wugong Mountain, Jiangxi province and held the activity of "Praying for blessings for the dragon year and making wishes at the Wugong Mountain".

Organized by the Wugong Mountain scenic spot administration and co-sponsored by the Huxiang Tianxia Travel Agency and its 28 subsidiaries in Hunan province, this activity attracted women from Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Loudi, Yiyang and Hengyang of China's Hunan province.

As the weather becomes better and the temperature rises, many tourists come to Wugong Mountain for a scenic Spring outing. Since March, an average of 1,000 tourists have visited the spot per day. On March 10, the tourist number hit a record high of 2,000 when compared to the same period last year.

To date, the Wugong Mountain has received over 10 thousand tourists with more than 5 million yuan of tourist income, an increase of 230 percent year-on-year.
