Lushan Mountain is famous for "Lushan three Stones", namely Lushan Stone Chicken, Stone Mushroom, and Stone Fish. Visitors to Lushan Mountain must not miss the opportunity to try them.

The Stone Chicken is actually a kind of edible frog living in caves, or among rocks. The Stone Fish lives in the waterfalls or springs around Lushan Mountain and builds its nest in stone crevices. Its meat tastes very tender. The Stone Mushroom, which looks like a human ear, is a type of wild fungus that grows on steep cliffs. The famous dishes prepared with the above three ingredients mainly include "Stewed Stone Chicken", "Three-cup Chicken", "Stone Fish and Scrambled Egg", Crispy Roast Stone Fish Roll and Ruyi Stone Mushroom.

Restaurant: Sunshine Home Restaurant, at No 437, Lushan Road, with famous dishes Stewed Stone Chicken and Crispy Roast Stone Fish Roll.
