Na dish, a local flavor snack of Guixi, Jiangxi province, originated in Longhu (Dragon and Tiger) Mountain, the holy land of Taoism. It is thus referred to as Taoist dish of Longhu Mountain. Many Taoists from Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong, would try the dish when they visited Longhu Mountain. They would say it was "the only and best dish in the country". Since then, people try Na dishes to pay tribute to emperors. So, it is also called the tribute dish to the imperial court.
