Students at Guqian Experimental Primary School in Zhangjiagang, East China's Jiangsu province, have created a variety of works, including paintings, videos and dough sculptures, to pay tribute to frontline workers fighting against COVID-19.
"My idol is Zhong Nanshan. He has so many virtues worth learning," said Fan Haoyu, a student who produced a video to show his admiration for the renowned respiratory expert.
During the outbreak, the school has held a series of online activities, providing students the opportunity to think and learn about the crisis.
"Education is not limited to books but also comes from life," said Bian Xiangfei, the school's principal. "Students will learn to tell right from wrong and what a real idol is from this period."
