Kuaiban or allegro is a form of storytelling accompanied by the performer making sounds with a set of small bamboo clappers. It was originally used as a means for beggars to ask for money or to beg for food along the street.
Some actors perform adopt local dialects which is popular in Tianjing, Wuhan city in Hubei province, Shaanxi province and Shandong province.
