Zhangjiagang woos high-end talents in Japan

A delegation from Zhangjiagang, East China's Jiangsu province, recently took a tour to Japan and held two exchange forums in the cities of Tokyo and Osaka in an attempt to lure high-end talents to the city, emphasizing its favorable startup environment and preferential talent policies.
Talents to the port city will enjoy a series of preferential policies including office rent exemptions, financing matching services and startup subsidies of up to 300,000 yuan ($ 447,761) per person.
The city also has built technology research centers and key labs to support local enterprises development.
To date, Zhangjiagang has built close connections with high-end expert projects with the United States, Russia and Switzerland, covering information technology, eco-environment protection and intelligent agriculture.
