Changjiang Runfa Machinery Co Ltd, a leading elevator guide rail manufacturer of China, based in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province has put the company's automatic product line of elevator guide rails into operation, informed a higher official of the company.

As the first of its kind in the world, the line enables all the producing process of elevator guide rails to complete automatically. Compared with the traditional line, the new one can save half the human labor cost.

In addition, the line has been equipped with an automatic testing system to ensure the quality. "The system will raise an alarm if detecting abnormal products," claimed Yu Xiaoying, director of the engineering technical center of Changjiang Runfa.

The company enjoys a strong momentum of development, which received output value of 120 million yuan ($18.89 million) in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 10 percent. By the end of this year, the value is expected to reach 150 million yuan.
