The second phase of Shenyuan Grape-Themed Park in Zhangjiagang is currently undergoing planning. The project is an important part of the city's eco-civilization three-year plan.

The second phase project will focus on the grape industry and highlight scientific education, sightseeing and interaction. It aims to build the park into a demonstration area for urban modern agriculture.

The park's first phase started in 2010 and has already attracted investment of more than 22.5 million yuan ($3.65 million) in three years.
