A 2013 college graduate job fair was held in the Yangtze International Metallurgical Industrial Park in Jinfeng town, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province, on August 3.

More than 400 graduates attended the job fair. A total of 55 enterprises including Shagang Group and China Unicom attended, seeking to fill 1,200 positions. A total of 218 initial intents of employment were reached.

Officials of the industrial park also attended the job fair, explaining the city’s supporting policies to enterprises and inviting lawyers to serve both enterprises and college graduates.

There were 673 college graduates in the industrial park this year. A total of 555 of the graduates have already found jobs. The employment rate has reached 82.5 percent, increasing 11 percentage points year-on-year.
