• Advanced technology service enterprises will receive a 15 percent reduction in their business income tax.
• Enterprises whose income reaches 10m yuan (1.6m USD) will be subsidized by 30-50 percent of paid taxes in that same year.
• Enterprises whose income reaches 2m yuan (0.32m USD), seeing an increase of more than 30 percent of output value, and an increase of more than 20 percent in total paid taxes will be subsidized with 20,000 (3200 USD) to 1m yuan (0.16m USD) in allowances.
• Public service outsourcing enterprises will receive an allowance of 50,000 yuan (8000 USD).
• Service outsourcing enterprises that set up in Zhangjiagang for the first time, and have independent corporate capacity, will receive an allowance of 1 percent of its cash included in its total registered capital.
• The world’s top 500 enterprises and the top 100 outsourcing enterprises around the world and in China will receive an allowance of 10,000 (1600) to 30,000 yuan (4800 USD).
