Premier Li Keqiang attended the second Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) leaders' meeting in Phnom Penh, Cambodia as part of a state visit there on Jan 10-11, 2018.

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Li Keqiang co-chaired the meeting, which also brought together Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith, Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Myanmar Vice-President U Myint Swe.

China is willing to better synergize its development plan with Cambodia and jointly build the Belt and Road Initiative to further consolidate cooperation on key projects of industrial capacity and investment, Premier Li Keqiang said as he met with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen in Phnom Penh on Jan 11.
