Wang Quan was born in Yixian county, Huangshan, East China's Anhui province, in July 1960. With a postgraduate education and a master's degree, he started work in August 1977 and joined the CPC in April 1988.
Huang Qin, member of the Wuxi municipal Party standing committee, deputymayor and deputy secretary of the Party leadership group of Wuxi
Huang Qin was born in Kunshan, Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, in October 1962. With a postgraduate education from the Jiangsu Provincial Party School, he started work in January 1985 and joined the CPC in December 1986.
Xie Xiaojun was born in Luoyang, Central China's Henan province, in August 1965. With an on-the-job postgraduate education from the Jiangsu Provincial Party School, he started work in August 1984 and joined the CPC in August 1989.
