Life science museum offers free tickets for summer holiday

The Mysterious Life Museum in Zhouzhuang is giving out free tickets to WeChat users from July 1 to August 31.

The first 20 adult visitors to the museum each day from Friday to Sunday can receive free tickets by showing their WeChat account. Children between 1.2 and 1.4 meters tall are also eligible for the offer.

Each WeChat account holder can receive one free ticket. Discounted tickets can also be redeemed by WeChat users. Show your WeChat to enjoy 75 yuan adult tickets and 35 yuan tickets for elderly citizens, students, people with disabilities and servicemen.

How to get to the museum

The museum and the Zhouzhuang bus terminal are located on Daqiao road. Visitors from outside the town can get to the bus terminal first and take a short walk from there.

Bus lines 133, 130 and 161 and tour bus line 7 link Zhouzhuang bus terminal to Kunshan South Railway Station, Kunshan south bus terminal, Kunshan sports center and Huaqiao Station on Shanghai Metro Line 11.

The Mysterious Life Museum in Zhouzhuang offers visitors the chance to learn life sciences by exploring hundreds of specimens of marine life and terrestrial vertebrates.

Opened in 2014, the museum is a national science education site and displays nearly 2,000 exhibits inside the three-floor building of a 7,500-square-meter floor area.
