Foreign students get a glimpse of Chinese art forms

A student from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) learns to paint porcelain at Baotou Children’s Palace on April 6. A total of ten exchange students from UPM visited Baotou Children’s Palace to learn pottery and paper-cutting techniques. Teachers at the children’s palace gave a brief history lesson on Chinese pottery and paper-cutting to the students and demonstrated techniques used in the art forms. [Photo/Baotou Daily] |
