CEEC wins Philippine Calaca installation project

Recently, CEEC won the Philippine Calaca installation project of two 150-megawatt units, mainly involving installation of the 3 BTG main engine boilers, steam turbine, generator and its auxiliary equipments of the fluidized-bed coal-fired power plant.

The Calaca unit installation project is located at Calaca Town, Batangas province, Philippine. The project consists of two 150-megawatt CFB power plants, which were invested and built by SLPGC, with DMCI as engineering, procurement and construction contractor and CEEC as subcontractor, which is responsible for part of the installation project.

The project has a construction period of 24 months, with the No.1 unit is scheduled to be delivered on Nov 17, 2014, and the NO.2 unit is scheduled to be delivered on February 17, 2015.
