CGGC rises by another 15 places in ranking of top 225 international contractors

In the list of ENR's Top 225 International Contractors recently released by McGraw-Hill Construction, CGGC has been again honorably included, ranking 84, up 15 positions compared to 2009.

Engineering News-Record (abbreviated as ENR), an industry news weekly subordinate to McGraw-Hill Construction, appraises the Top 225 International Contractors annually throughout the world. Widely accepted for its authority, fairness and openness in appraisal standard and procedure, its ranking has strong impact on the global engineering and construction market.

It's now also extensively recognized by relevant industries in China and is deemed as an authoritative reference for mutual understanding and knowledge between international engineering and construction entities.

ENR's Top 225 International Contractors are determined on the basis of the overseas business revenues of relevant companies in the previous year. CGGC has been included in ENR's list for successive years and kept rising in the ranking along with rapid increase in international business and upgrading of integrated enterprise strength thanks to its accelerated steps of Going Global.

In 2009, the Corporation made it into the top 100 for the first time. Currently, it has engineering and contracting business spread out in more than 30 countries and regions and operates project management departments in 17 countries and regions, witnessing a yearly increase of 30% in annual revenue.
