Nie Kai meets President of the Gabonese Republic

On May 1, 2010, CGGC Vice President Nie Kai paid a visit to Ali-Ben Bongo Ondimba, President of the Gabonese Republic who came to China to attend the 41st World Expo in Shanghai. Both sides agree to strengthen the cooperation and make an active effort to let the cooperation project derive economic benefit.

During the interview, Nie Kai introduced the development status of CGGC to President Ali-Ben Bongo Ondimba, and acknowledged the Gabonese Government for the vigorous support to CGGC. Nie Kai said CGGC is willing to participate in Gabon’s economic construction in an all-round manner, and contribute more to the economic development in Gabon.

President Ali-Ben Bongo Ondimba fully recognized the efforts CGGC has made for the economic development in Gabon. He pointed out that all the projects both sides are now striving to press ahead with are important infrastructure projects in Gabon, and after completion, these projects would effectively improve the development environment of Libreville, and lift the living standard of the local community. The Gabonese government is willing to create a good construction environment for these projects.
