Japanese carmaker Nissan Motor's luxury arm Infiniti opened a flagship store in Beijing on July 6 that includes a training center to provide technical and service training, as well as products, for all Infiniti dealerships in North China. The brand now has 60 dealerships in the country, its second-biggest market in the world. Nissan's joint venture with Dongfeng Motor Corp plans to begin assembling two Infiniti models in 2014 in Xiangyang, Hubei province.
