The International Finance Building in Huaqiao International Service Business Park (HISBP) received the Green Building Innovation Award and was selected as the first provincial Green Building Innovation Award winner in Kunshan, according to the Jiangsu Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

The International Finance Building was an important part of HISB’s efforts to build renewable energy and low energy consumption buildings. The building applies a variety of advanced energy-saving technologies to cut energy consumption, including a composite hot water system - solar energy and air source heat pump, geothermal heat pump air-conditioning system and roof greening.

The building was a provincial demonstration project in terms of energy conservation. It was marked with two stars in accordance with the National Green Building Label.
