Parents in Xin'an community can get a break from babysitting children after school. The community in Huaqiao has established a public service facility called the "after school bar."

The bar was officially launched on Sept 7. It will hold various education activities for primary students between grade one to grade four, according to an introduction from Zhang Qin, the person in charge of the organization.

It is totally free and has attracted 28 students so far.
