The Kunshan Cultural Industry Expo opens in the Beijing 798 Art Zone on Aug 3. During the expo, six institutes, including the Jiangnan operation center of Writers Publishing House and Mid Entertainment, signed cooperation contracts with Huaqiao International Service Business Park, securing a total investment of 634 million yuan ($100 million).

The two-day activity, themed "Cultural Kunshan, Creative Future", presented Kunshan's favorable investment climate, great achievements and future potential through a series of TV specials.

Kunshan has attracted 35 cultural industry projects with total investment 5.02 billion yuan.

Kunshan's eight cultural enterprises each won prizes for best investment, best brand, best combination, best publicity, optimum benefit, best vitality, best responsibility and best potential.
